Join Us on April 6th for an amazing day of speakers, workshops, art, and more!

Registration Opens & Morning Group Activities
8:30AM - 9:30AM

Guests can begin arriving at Webb Hall, located on the second floor of the Memorial Union, and enjoy a complimentary breakfast bar while getting settled for the day.

A morning art experience in Webb Hall will provide time for conference attendees to center their intentions for the day while connecting with other attendees. Our goal is for each individual to contribute in some way to a piece of art that will represent the entire conference audience.

Opening Remarks: 
9:30AM - 9:45AM

Opening Remarks will be provided by ASG President Sophia Dawson and include important introductions, as well as our Indigenous Land Acknowledgement. 

Transition Break:
9:50AM - 10:00AM

This is guests' time to make their way to the next room, event, take a break, or make connections with other attendees.

First Concurrent Session: Education
10:00AM - 10:50AM

4 workshop sessions will be held concurrently, prompting attendees to pick the topic that resonates with them and that they would like to learn more about.

Transition Break:
10:50AM - 11:00AM

This is guests' time to make their way to the next room, event, take a break, or make connections with other attendees. 

Keynote Speaker:
11:00AM - 11:50AM

Our keynote speaker, a successful businesswoman and ESU alumni (soon to be announced!) will give a 50 minute presentation on her journey as a woman through various experiences.

Attendees will enjoy a complementary lunch while also having time to sit or connect with speakers and other attendees during the hour.

12:00PM - 12:50PM

Closing Remarks & Art Exhibit:
2:00PM - 2:50PM

Located in Preston Family Room, conference leaders will make some closing remarks, thank the attendees for coming, and introduce our newest piece of the conference, the Individually Strong, Collectively Powerful Art Exhibition.

Individually Strong, Collectively Powerful Art Exhibit

Individually Strong, Collectively Powerful is a multi-media exhibit composed of work from artists of all backgrounds, regardless of age or experience. This exhibit will be held in the Preston Family Room.
